La Terre
From the plaster mock-up to the work in bronze or resin, the sculpture La Terre (950 cm wide) became architecture and integrates architectural space from Place de Reflets square at La Défense to Ikebukuro Park in Tokyo. A bronze version of La Terre is also exhibited in Vermont, USA. In 1997, the La Coupole restaurant (Paris, France) also acquired a version of this sculpture. La Terre is a work that is part of Louis Derbré’s concept of 'Art in the City'. |
